  • Delivering services professionally, respectfully, and in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Providing timely communication regarding service updates or changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Eldorandis and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
  • Our liability for any claim, including under contract or negligence, will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or $500, whichever is lesser.
  • This clause does not restrict any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies your Consumer Law Rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You may be entitled to statutory guarantees which cannot be excluded by contract.
